The contour molded outer shell features impact ridges that are designed to disperse the force of impact, while a foam inner padding cushions the body. Soft brush and mesh lines the inside to reduce abrasion and provide comfort for long term use. Each piece of the Anti Riot System fastens and adjusts quickly with durable polypropylene and elastic straps with Velcro® closures allowing a custom fit for a wide variety of body types. The Scorpion range has been designed with weight savings, improved performance and manoeuvrability, with a range of sizes to ensure both male and female officers have access to the same high standards of equipment. No one can foresee the amount of time the officer will be wearing the PPE, or the amount of punishment they will be required to withstand, which is why every component is exhaustively tested in the development stage to cope with almost any eventuality. The #FX-1 FlexForce™ Modular Hard Shell Crowd Control System is the ultimate high-threat level riot control, domestic disturbance, and cell extraction suit. The FlexForce™ design provides substantial protection from blunt force trauma without sacrificing the fit or comfort. The suit is lightweight and ranks highest in easy to put on or take off in a moments notice. The front and back hard shell panels have a modular flex design allowing for all shapes and sizes to fit comfortably with out sacrificing much needed mobility. The forearm guard offers a much more comfortable elbow portion of the pad, which allows more flexibility. The knee/shin guard has a non-slip surface, which keeps you planted in position.
